Oil prices end at 2-week high as talk of potential U.S. SPR release highlights supply shortage

Oil futures settled Tuesday at their highest level in more than two weeks, as some analysts are mentioning that the administration is considering tapping into the U.S. Strategic Petroleum Reserve.
